It is rare for me to be away from home. However, sometimes my internet may be down or I may be called away
(usually I will post my location on MY HOME PAGE) I am almost ALWAYS working. I have had calls at all hours
(since I sell to every TIME ZONE) and every day of the year. when away for a few days, I will try to bring my
IPOD and/or lap top with me. HOWEVER some area's JUST don't have High speed. So calling me can be advised
if you have not heard from in 24 hours.
Don't worry.. I won't feel BUGGED. Honestly I like to get to know the people that will be the new parents to my kittens.
I also want you to get to know me. Never purchase from a breeder that you don't like.

If you see a name but none of the above. Feel free to Call or write to check on that kitten or a
deposit can be put down for a kitten that looks like this one.
When you phone, leave a detailed message,YOUR RETURN Number, state and two closest airports if shipping
is needed. I will call back. 15 min-24 hours. Don't forget to leave your area code. So as not to spoil a "Gift" I will
usually call and say. "you contacted me about an advert on the Internet" and/or use my name "Madeline"
When I am away, I will forward my messages to my Cell phone.
This may cause a large amount of "RINGS" before my messge picks up.
Please never fell like "You are calling to much" You are NOT bothering me.
Calling again is FINE. If I am in a "Dead Zone" I may not receive your message
for a few days. (while the system transfers the call over.) so calling back to perfectly
FINE. I always have TIME for you..
Shipping:
If you need your kitten shipped.. We will work out the details about
shipping together. I will be able to give you any and all information
that you will require before your kitten is put on the plane. I will not
ship ANY kiiten without, TIME DATE set UP with you.. So if I don't talk
to you. the kiiten will not be sent. Also if the fee's are not paid the kitten
will not be shipped.
Once Payment and or a Deposit is made. The kitten belongs to YOU.
I will NOT show or advertise your kitten to someone else. I try to update
my site as kittens are sold and will POST the kiitenas "Pending Sale" "Sold"
or will remove the photo of that kitten.
Deposits:
I will not HOLD any kitten without a deposit.
$100 for Young or unborn or PRE-certifed kittens.
$200 for kittens 9 weeks, Vet Released and ready for homes.
$25 a Month for additional kitten care
(kittens over 9 weeks and Vet Certified, owner that AE: is out of town
(Un-born, kittens under 7 weeks or NOT Vet Certified.
Your deposit will give you FIRST pick on the healthy Vet released kiitens.
that are from the liter, color, size, sex that you desire. Show quality kittens,
or Breeding right are extra. So a Show quality kitten will NOT be replaced with
a Pet quality Kitten. Kitten, must be of the same quality and value.
The 2nd deposit will get second pick and so on.
Your deposit can be held while you wait for the color size sex that you want.

I will Not HOLD a litter, while you make up your mind. Kittens come in different
colors and sex and qualities. All are equal is nature. In most cases only a trained
professional can see the difference. ALL of my kittens are beautiful. All will be just
as well socialized as the next. All can make wonderful PETS.
Any kitten that is Vet Certified, 100% weaned from mother and at least 8 weeks. the deposit will take that kitten
off of the market. I will remove the kittens photo or photo's from my advertising sites. As the kitten will belong to
YOU, once a deposit is received.
Kittens are NOT to be Transferred from Owner to Owner.
The Vet certification is VOID if this Kitten is sold, given away.
and sent to another Owner. It is required that this Breeder meet
every owner (in person or on the phone) Kitten must stay, live with
and be cared for, by the person that paid for this kitten.
If you are purchasing this kitten for another person, (other then your wife,
husband or Your Children) you are taking FULL responsibility for this kitten.
DEPOSITS:
I do Understand that Sometimes THINGS just happen. You may transfer your
deposit to another kitten of the same breed, age or older. At a later date:
Changing your mind, or purchasing from another breeder, or planning problems
is not a reason for deposit refund.
A kitten is NOT held without a deposit and OTHER FUTURE OWNERS have been
turned away. The kitten will be removed from all advertising sites. I will be caring
for your kitten, with additonal shots, socialization, and baths. I will be preping your
kitten for Flights, answering emails and flight prep, all comes from this deposit. If
the kitten is with me, for more then 10 days after Vet Certification, a recheck must
be done before the kitten is put on any flight. Re-checks $45 before flight.
All Kittens will be Vet released. If your kitten (purchased prier to Vet Certification)
is not able to be Vet Certified you will be told and your deposit will be released, I do
not REQUIRE you to pick another kitten, however your deposit can be transferred if
you wish.
Kittens are paid in full before they are sent home or shipped. 2nd kitten is shipped
FREE if it is sent at the same time as the first kitten. In the Same crate to the same
owner. (Two friends, or family members can purchase a kittens together, but it will
be shipped to ONE address for the FREE flight benifits)
Transfer of Deposit:
In most cases, your deposit can be moved to another kiiten. At a large date.
(planning conflicts) As long as you contact this Breeder within the 2 weeks.
Please contact this breeder when you are ready. So that the Two of you can
work out details.

Kittens will usually have the first vaccination at 9 weeks. After that a Kitten
is ready to go home. In rare cases I have had People that Put deposits on
Kittens and Still were not ready to finalize payment, pick up or have flights
set up. It is always my goal to have a kitten with it's family as quickly as possible.
Abandonment:
Kittens MUST be shipped home. As soon as they are ready.
Once they are AT LEAST 9 weeks. Weaned and Released by the VET. I will
contact you ASAP. When your kitten is Ready to go. Your kitten MUST be HOME
within 4 weeks of this requirment.
Step ONE: Deposit is made
Step TWO: You will be able to pick your healthy kitten
Step Three: I will keep you up to date of shots, reacation, Vet Comments
ONCE the Vet has Released the kitten. We would want Payment in FULL
Flight set up and Shipped within 2-7 days.
If a Kitten is to be with me longer then this. a $25 a month fee will be added. As It
will cost this for upkeep and care of YOUR kitten. Any Kitten that is with me LONGER
then 4 weeks. Once deposit is made, Will be KNOWN as: ABANDONED. The kitten will
be offered to another person on the waiting list. As the longer the kitten is with me,
the more it will cost me for care, $25 each for Shots, $12 each wormings and $45 for
NEW Vet Certification. Each kitten will eat Estimated $5.00 per week of high quality Food.
NO REFUND will be giving for an Abandoned Kitten. The kitten will be kept as long as
the Fee's have been covered, or as long as the owner is able to pay these Fee's. It is
always in the Kittens BEST interest to be HOME with it's NEW family ASAP.
I have payment plans for Kittens 8 weeks or younger. With the terms above,
for Kittens that are to young to go home. NO Kitten will go home, before it is
putting on weight independantly of mother and able to eat kitten food.
FYI: My family Kittens, is an "IN DOOR at HOME breeders" No OUTDOOR cats here. My kittens are social
and CUTE. I have Cats that are registered with CFA, ACA, NCFA, TICA, TCA, CFF, and my Cattery is also
Registerd. I have beautiful kittens, and offer them as Pets or to be shown. Kittens purchsed without breeding
rights, With $50 Alter agreement. I will pay for the additional Expence of the Alter after the first $50. When
the Vet says that the kitten is healed and ready the kitten will be shipped with it's papers at that time. Pet
quality or Discounter Kittens will not be shipped with papers.

I will will make time for flights, every week.

YOU Must bring a PET carrier with you to pick up any Kitten. Kittens are very visual and can get upset with the
motion in a car. IF you do not bring a Carrier with you. YOU MUST purchase one from me $25 or I will NOT let
the kitten go home with you.
